Description
Spectacular unobstructed views are what Atop it All is all about! This spacious home sets just south east of Red Lodge over-looking our beautiful cityof Red Lodge, Rock Creek and the Beartooth Pass on seven sloped acres . The main home has an open floor plan with 18-foot vaulted ceilings and room to spread out and breathe. Sitting in the hot tub (available year-round) you can see the entire mountain views. The location is secluded and quiet but only three minutes by car from the center of town, with Red Lodge Mountain Resort only seven miles from the front door. No need to leave your canine friends behind, they are welcome here(up to 2 dogs)!
The Summit Suite offers an extra space or the ones who want more of a quiet area and an additional kitchen two bedrooms and a bath. The Summit Suite is located above the garage which you access through the garage from the main house.

Red Lodge, Montana is a rural community that does offer internet and cell service throughout most geographic areas but, some locations are completely void of any internet or cell service. In town and within a 3-5 mile radius of downtown you will enjoy solid cell signal but during times when our population increases due to events, celebration (such as the Fourth of July), or emergency situations such as a wildfire you will notice that these online and cellular services slow down and sometimes they can slow down to the point where you have to wait to place a call. We can’t do anything to help in these situations so we encourage people to enjoy the freedom of being “unplugged” and to be patient.

AAA was so wonderful to work with. We rented multiple properties for our July wedding, and then COVID hit - it required us to shuffle around and rearrange properties multiple times. AAA was so accommodating and kind that they made the process so simple! The properties were absolutely gorgeous, the check-in and check-out process was so easy - we will definitely be renting through them in the future!

Atop-It-All was what we used as the main gathering place for our wedding. We were able to easily fit all 25 people into the property without an issue! It has GORGEOUS views and is a beautiful house. This is a perfect property for a family reunion, friends getaway weekend, or wedding hotel!

House was wonderful, but we did have some issues with plumbing. The house is a bit worn - the hardwood floor could use a refinishing, etc. Probably to be expected for a property used by skiers in the winter. It worked well for what we wanted.

They had stocked the house with detergent, soap, paper towels, etc. which made walking in so much easier. They were extremely attentive to our needs. It is a fabulous house for a really big family or several families. I hope that we can use it again!!!"

We are six Canadian guys who have been taking an annual hiking trip together to the mountains for 27 years. This year we chose the Beartooth Mountains near Red Lodge Montana. We rented a vacation home through AAA Red Lodge Property managers. The first day we were in the home we had rented, a water problem developed that was going to take some time to repair. Without hesitation Jen and Piney of AAA Red Lodge Property management were on the spot to make things right. They helped us make the move to the ""Top of the World"" accommodation, (which was much larger than the one we had rented), bought us dinner that evening, as we had to wait to get into the new location, and generally went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend AAA Red Lodge Property Management to anyone thinking of travelling to the Red Lodge area. And the hiking we had over five days was fantastic! We will be back, and we will contact Piney and Jen. So professional and personable. Thanks so much for making our holiday a great one.

"Great views, great house!
We stayed here for a family reunion over Christmas and we loved every minute! The house is huge and has gorgeous views. We saw deer outside every time we looked out a window. Our group ranged from a 6 month old baby to a 75 year old grandpa and everyone agreed that the house was perfect for our group."

"Beautiful views- plenty of room!
Our family of 9 adults and 5 children stayed here for a few days of skiing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a great sledding hill in front of the house. We used the hot tub which was great, and the little ones enjoyed riding their scooters in the large heated garage. My husband and I enjoyed coffee in the large comfy chairs in front of the huge windows with a magnificent view of the mountains. We brought a lot of food with us including condiments , which was good because while the kitchen is pretty well stocked, as far as utensils, there was very little in the way of ""extras"". There was coffee and filters and salt and pepper. Having stayed in many rentals such as this, there is usually some sugar, a few basic spices and condiments, and some have much more than that. We did have a lovely stay, and would rent again without hesitation!"
