How do I book a home?

You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 406-425-2125 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.

What is our cancellation policy?

Cancellation must be made in writing by person responsible for the reservation. Email is acceptable. Notice of cancellation 15 days prior to your check-in date entitles you to a refund of your deposit less a $75 re-booking fee. Notice of cancellation within 15 days of your check-in date, will authorize us to re-book the reserved unit. If re-booked, a refund will be made less the $75 re-booking fee. If unit is not re-booked, the entire amount of reservation will be retained by AAA Red Lodge Rentals. AAA Red Lodge Rentals is not responsible for road closures, inclement weather that could impede your travels, snow levels on ski area, closure of golf course, ski area, Beartooth Pass, etc. You may choose to purchase travel insurance independent of your reservation with AAA Red Lodge Rentals that may cover road closures and/or snow levels. Refunds will be made only to the extent that a subsequent guest’s license agreement is signed and dated and the fee is paid for the same license period, after written cancellation notice and refund request is received from licensee named herein.

Is booking online secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Can I bring my dog with me?

We offer several homes, some of which allow dogs and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows dogs. Or you can call our office at 406-425-2125 and one our staff would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your dog.  There is a dog fee of $50 per reservation for up to two dogs in our pet friendly homes.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?

Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
