AAA Red Lodge Rentals was founded with one goal: to connect visitors with the beauty and spirit of Red Lodge while providing homeowners with reliable, local property management. What began as a small group of locals who loved their community has grown into a trusted team of vacation rental experts who treat every property as if it were their own.
Our commitment goes beyond comfortable stays and clean homes. We take pride in helping guests experience Red Lodge like locals, sharing insider tips on everything from the best hiking trails to hidden dining gems. Each reservation represents a chance to welcome new friends to our beloved corner of Montana, and that personal touch is what sets us apart.
Property Management

What We Do:
- Market your property through multiple sources. Direct Website, Social Media, Newsletters and Email Marketing, OTAs (including Airbnb, Google VRBO and many more)
- Handle all State and Local licensing, taxes and regulations
- Utilize Dynamic Pricing to maximize revenue
- Handle all booking details
- Absorb all Marketing Costs and Processing Fees
- Handle customer service and emergencies using SMS, email and phone for 24/7 assistance for issues that may arise at the property.
- Communicate with guests during the booking process
- All cleaning and laundry
- We stock home with dry goods, local shampoos, coffee, etc.
- Check and maintain water for hot tubs during guests stays and when the homes are vacant
- Schedule maintenance and repairs to the property
- Schedule plowing and shoveling during winter months
- Inspect the property at least every 14 days, more often in sub-zero temps
- Schedule annual health and fire inspections
- We take an annual inventory of the properties
- Manage reviews that guests leave
- Transfer money to your account monthly (monthly statements available online)
- Professional photography and 3-dimensional scans
- Our Owners are active in the community sitting on several boards and committees (including but not limited to President of Red Lodge Business Alliance, President of Red Lodge Tourism Business Improvement District, and member of the Affordable Housing Committee) and also regularly attend city council and planning board meetings.
